QUALIFIED FIELD SUPERVISION
A part of the requirement under OSHA's HAZWOPER training is for the employee who has received the classroom training to also receive close supervision in the field by a qualified person. The 40 hour HAZWOPER student must receive 24 hours of field supervision and the 24 hour student must receive 8 hours of field supervision. Few training programs provide true compliance with this requirement. For companies with their own qualified personnel, there is little problem. But, when a company is undertaking HAZWOPER training for the first time, this program is the only means for achieving true compliance. Our trainer will spend the reqired time in the field with newly trained HAZWOPER students ensuring that the lessons from the classroom are applied in the field.

SAFETY AND HEALTH PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
There are two parts to a Safety & Health Plan, the general plan which applies to all sites and the site specific plan which is applied only to one site. Depending on the type of work performed and the amount of similarity between work sites and tasks, the general plan may be rather short and a lot of effort necessary in the preparation of a very detailed site specific plan, or, when site to site tasks and situations are quite similar, the general plan may be very detailed with a lesser amount of effort necessary in developing a site specific plan. T.R. Consulting can look at the work which you perform and the type(s) of sites where it is performed and determine the best combination for your business. Then we can put together a program to achieve compliance for your company.
